Pumpkin carving, Tim the tool man style!

Jess got out his sawz-all this year to carve the pumpkins. He used it to cut the stems off, then when the kids had them cleaned out, he used it to help them make faces even. The kids thought he was a little crazy!!

Cordell wanted to carve his own pumpkin this year with no help.

It turned out pretty interesting. We finally had to tell him to stop or he wasn't going to have any pumpkin left

Camille showing off her pumpkin

Cordell's and Jennifer's first swim meet

Cordell before his first race.

Look at those ribs!

Cordell and his cousin Anna who is 3 weeks older then him. It was fun to have his cousin at his first swim meet.

Jennifer with her cousin Meghan who is one month younger then her. She is on the IF swim team, it was fun to swim against her, even though she beat Jennifer.

Jennifer before her first race.

Jennifer just chillin'

They were a little nervous, but they both did really good. It was so much fun to watch them! They are going to do another one in December.

Landon's 5th birthday

We went to Tremonton to celebrate Landon's birthday with my family on Sunday which was my dad's birthday and 3 days before Landon's birthday, but I forgot to take my camera : ( Landon wanted to take spider cupcakes to preschool for his birthday, so this is what we came up with. He loved them!!

And continuing with my birthday tradition, 5 things that I like most about Landon.

1. He tells me every day that he loves me the most.
2. He says the funniest things. The other day he told me that he always asks Jesus for candy, but he never gives him any. He keeps us laughing!!
3. He has a very tender heart.
4. He always wants to help others.
5. His dad is his favorite hero. He wants to do everything his dad does!

Halloween 2010

Cordell as a cowboy and Landon as Optimus Prime the transformer.

Jennifer as a fairy

Camille as a giraffe. She also dressed up as a ballerina for the school carnival but I didn't get a pic of that one.

Blog overload!!

I got behind on the blog because our computer wasn't working very good for a while and it was a pain to do anything on it. Jess did a few things and got it to work better, but its still not as good as it was. Any computer experts out there that want to take a look at it??

So, scroll down to see all the new posts!!

We were rearraniging things and brought our tv from the downstairs to the upstairs, but hadn't brought up any furniture yet, that's why everyone is laying on the floor. The kids and Jess were watching something, I don't remember what, they looked too cute all there together, so I snapped a picture.

Cordell and Jennifer have their first swim meet this weekend, and I plan to take pictures, so look for that post to come soon!! I am so excited and nervous for them!!

General Conference

General Conference was wonderful once again!! We had a full house for the Sunday sessions! Jess's parents came over from Boise and his sister Tia and her family came over and brought 3 other nieces with them. I think we had 11 kids. Not the best for trying to get anything out of the talks, but definitly a lot of fun!! That's what the Conference Edition Ensign is for, right?

I didn't take many pictures, but did get one of the kids doing their "quiet packets."

Cordell is in the blue shirt in front. To the right of him is Allie, then Jennifer and Meghan(who all you can see is her shirt). Going around the table to the right is Anna in the white shirt, then Shyanne and Landon, and back to the left of Cordell is Kassie. We are missing Emilee, Carli, and Camille!! Poor Cordell and Landon were girl trapped, none of their boy cousins were there, but all their girl cousins were.

I can't even remember why Camille was crying, but she wasn't very happy that all I was doing was laughing and snapping pictures. Good thing she's so cute!!

I loved the first talk by Elder Holland and I always love Elder Bednar's and Eyering's talks!! I think I need to listen to Elder Eyering's talk every morning before I start my day!! My favorite talk by President Monson was given during the Relief Society Broadcast. He was cracking me up!! Isn't it great that we have a living prophet and apostles and that we get to hear them speak to us twice a year.
